WASHINGTON, DC – Change, optimism, hope and humor run through this show, says Zenith Gallery owner Margery E. Goldberg who invited artists to join her in commemorating a momentous occasion in American history. With millions of people coming to Washington to celebrate a new era, Goldberg, an activist and artist, wanted to play her part so she did what she does best – she assembled this eclectic collection of works, which express the hopes and dreams of artists with whom she’s worked for years.

artwork: Drew Ernst - ' Obama ' Oil on aluminum, 39 in. x 27 in."This is a moment we all need to come together, dig deeper and act to inspire," she wrote in the call for entries. Much of the art you’ll see in Inaugural Inspiration was created specifically for the show, and some pieces were chosen because they fit the theme.
