Brussels, Belgium – Wales artist, Harry Holland said,“The painting can be located between the infinite share of the eye and the infinity to be found within things and bodies. And, in the same way, between the drawing imposing a pose and the application, just as painstaking, of that amorphous and flexible material, color, which gives form to the work's secret. Also, thus, in the paradox of a twofold and imperious encounter.” Harry Holland ‘Encounters’, exhibition catalogue, ‘The wordless whites’, introduction Guy Gilsoul (AICA).
