The Soka University of America Presents Art by Contemporary German Artists

Aliso Viejo, CA.- The Art Gallery at Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo, California is proud to present the works of 16 contemporary German artists in an exhibition curated by Walter Bischoff. The 44 contemporary paintings and drawings are being shown for the first time in Orange County and are on view from May 20th through August 19th, with an opening reception on May 24th.
The 16 artists featured in the exhibition are: Martina Bernasko, Michael Danner, Hildegard Esslinger, Steffan Fischer, Thomas Henninger, Joachim Hiller, Frank Kreuder, Tilmann Krieg, Gregor-Torsten Korzik, Natascha Mann, Bernd Mattiebe, Friederike Oeser, Hans Rentschler, Regina Sell, Hannah Stutz-Mentzel and Stefan Voigt.
Soka University is a private, non-profit, four-year liberal arts college and graduate school located on 103-acres in south Orange County, California in the City of Aliso Viejo. Soka University is founded upon the Buddhist principles of peace, human rights and the sanctity of life and is open to top students of all nationalities and beliefs. About half of SUA's students come from the US and half from more than 40 other countries. SUA offers free tuition to eligible admitted students whose annual earned family income is $60,000 or less. SUA's beautiful two-story, 8,000 square foot Founder's Hall Art Gallery is open Monday to Friday and admission is free.
